  1. Running kenda kharma 2.0 non tubeless non dtc.The lightest in the range(and cheapest at about R300)on stans rims with joes sealant.Takes a little effort to seal but it will. You must lay the wheel on each side for a while so the sealant gets to the sidewalls.Best tire i found at around 420g that still has loads of grip.
  2. Good summer tire, rolls well and good grip on corners. Not so good in winter.I'm also running kharmas but non tubeliss.Weigh the same as the team issues but cost half the price.I don't think i will buy the Team issue again at over 1K for a set.Stick with the kendabut go for the non tubeliss one. stringbean2009-06-19 00:15:22

  14. NO it wil not work. The X9 will only work with sram rear derailers. They do make gripshift that works with shimano(think it is the attack range)
  15. Just to let you know i am joking.A few facts I was involved in 12 heart transplants last year. More that 50% were as a result of people who probably trained when they had the flu,a few were in their 30's Don't f*ck around. We are all funriders anyway. The gain is little but the loss can be great.
  16. It is important to get that shammy off as soon as you can after races.Once you have healed it also helps if after you shower to put some baby powder there to keep that area dry.Anti dandruff shampoo also has some anti fungal things in them.
  17. Sounds like you have what is called Jock itch(similar to athletes foot but in your groin). It will probably spread to the other side as well.Have had it twice and wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. You can google jock itchfor advice but i'll tell you what works.Fungal infections like dark warm and moist conditions so try not wear any jocks for a while and keep that area as dry as you can.Probably got it from standing around after races talking *** in stead of taking off your shorts as soon as possableTo put on i would first try Lamisil cream from your pharmacy. You get a spray and something called Lamisil once but have not tried that only the normal cream. If that does not work the best is something called Quadriderm.I had to use this last time.It contains a few things including a antibiotic and a steroid and no you won't test pos in any test because the steroid component is very little.Unfortunately you need a script for this. Good luck This kept me off the bikefor 2 weeks SB
