Ignore those BMI tables,load of crap they are.If you want to see if you are overweight take your height in cm and subtract 100 and that is about what your weight should be.If your height is 176cm then you should weigh around 76kg.Easy.

Saw Lisa at the end of the Argus today.She did a 2h50 on a tandem with her husband.Great comeback lisa after all the sh*t that has happened lately.

Have bought more than 20 times from CRC including 2 wheelsets and have never had a problem with them.All i can say is they build a brilliant wheel,better than anyone here in the WC.My last set of wheels were DT240 hubs on mavic 819 rims and cost me about R4500 and that included DHL. If i am buying an expensive order i will DHL it to SA.Takes 3 days to your door and you bypass SA post office .

Not really.Problem is half the team are vets and other half are concentrating on Epic so not sure who will be there on the day.On the same weekend as the first league race there is a 24hr mtb race,a 125km mtb race,mtb Nationals and PPA events.I will be doing Attakwas(125km mtb) on Saturday and league on Sunday
