  1. I am 70 now and went for the PSA test annually since I was 40. PSA count was always above 5. Went for a MRI 2023 and a tumor was discovered. Biopsy was done GPS style and luckily cancer did not spread outside my prostate. My prostate was removed robotic way after SA champs in Oudshoorn. 1 year later my life is back to normal. Finished Argus this year on Mtb 4.49 in I Love Boobies colours.
  2. It is recommended that when you do the PSA test 24 hours prior to the test you must refrain from any cycling and sex because it will influence the results.
  3. Is daar al meer detail beskikbaar waar die groep bymekaar gaan kom of is ek te haastig?
  4. Me and my son entered for the full package. Will be his first ever cycling event and with mtb nogal. I'm 70 and he is 47. Very proud to do this together. When I turned 60 we ran The Oceans together now he returns the favour with the CTCT in the colours of I love boobies.
  5. Is there any Mtb or roadbike cycling groups in Kimberley?I would like to join on 10 to 22 January.
  6. Due to an operation my entry for sale. Please DM
  7. Could be Rudi Joubert from Secunda finished time 3.41. Bionic ysterman. Respect for his vasbyt.
  8. Yes I agree with "stuck in the 20th Century". My daughter was in the u/23 Elite bunch, frame and bib number 725 x 2 but no timing board on which was my fault. I thought why would she need two frame numbers and left last year's board at home. She could not ride last year due to exams, so this year was here first. Because of my logic she has no results. At this stage I am not the most likable person on earth but thanks to Strava she has the proof of riding.
  9. Allmost all or all the pros had 4 numbers. 2 on the bike 2 on the jersey. Should the race referees interfere or not?
  10. The timing companies surely works with CSA. All our info is available to them via our CSA license. Advertising do not need to be a problem. The old Nissan Trailseeker had a system you pay on line, fit your board and rocks up. No need to travel twice just to get a water bottle for frre. Us "plattelanders" wiil save alot and can use the savings on other races.
  11. Race was perfect even the wind was ok. Only negative is the double timing boards for some of the elite and u23 riders. Could the timing board fiasco be the reasons for the very low completion rate? Hope they fix it for next year. Think CSA must hold a big brain storm session to do away with number collection before races. Your CSA number must be valid for all races and timekeeping.
  12. There's a race Sat morning Starting at Trichardt dam.
