First ride and definitely NOT my last at Cog&Sprocket at Mount Grace in Magaliesburg. WOW!! The longest loop is only 12km, but challenging! looped it twice and did just shy of 600m climing. The end is a 2km descent that was so amazing I didn't have enough face for my smile! The hotel in the distance I seldomly have a pic taken with me in it... Action shot

Chatted to Polar today, there was a problem with the uploads last week, told me to try syncing again. and yip, as already mentioned, sounds like a tap sensitivity.. same happened to me.

I can't see any maps or graphs of my sessions in PolarFlow, just me? or is there an issue with the site at the moment?

I haven't been to Avianto in ages, a friend suggested I must try it again. So glad I did. the Western Blue loop is amazing! A lot of work has gone into these trails and they're not just fun, the route is a beautiful loop too. Was a little tough on a rigid SS but I think that was a case of me needing to apply Rule #5 more than anything else today.

I just get a real itch when I see something and get brainfart for a what I think will be a nice shot, sometimes they are, sometimes not. Once again from my little piece of MTB'ing heaven... Van Gaalens... went a bit dilly with the photo taking today, had SUCH a great ride! Long way to Concrete Road, DaggaPad, then one VG's gems; Tant Miems , Railway, Oom Piets and River back, just shy of 50kms and still less climbing than tomorrow's 20km Prologue Took some time to reflect on the ride ( this ridiculous joke KILLED me while I was on the bike, giggling for ages ) was such a beautiful morning

I'm so tempted to ask you to stop posting pics of this bike.... I'm tired of being green! But please don't ... it's pure bike porn! I don't even care where you ride, post pics of it in your garage/bike room/garden.. just keep posting Ryan!
