    Riding a bike has nothing to do with fitness ... Only fun! If you get fit having the fun.. bonus! So long as you have fun! ☺ Well, that's my opinion anyway

    So chuffed today.. My fiancée, who'd never ridden a bicycle(ever) till a couple weeks ago, on my.. Sorry , her singlespeed in the Cradle. She was super nervous but managed a good couple km.

    HAP at Heia this morning ... fun as always ....ANNNND.... of course there're the Camelhorses!!! I Love them! the two "babies" were full of beans galloping , ( does a Giraffe "gallop"? ) everywhere!

    Rode the Cradle trail for the first time this morning.... Wasn't expecting much, heard it's pretty good, nice flow etc... but WOW!!!!... even though I had to endure the friendly and joyous nature of most Roadies at times...I had so much fun!! Especially the piece from Kloofzicht to the Rhino/Lion Circle (did that twice) Whoever is responsible, I owe you a beer!

    Nature dude!!! no matter how cute or docile looking... you don't eff with nature! I'm always so tempted to get closer to giraffes, um CamelHorses, but I know they'll Ninja me if I do!

    My Photo taking skills weren't at their best on Sunday... but the CamelHorses always intrigue me so had to stop and grab a shot of this little guy/lady (wasn't paying attention) using a small tree as a tummy scratcher

    Introduced a friend and the some of his friends to FUN Gaalens this morning..... the guys all went home with cavities the trails were so sweet!!

    Yip.... sometimes the old 2x10 and suspension, instead of the rigid SS, can make for a nice ride too Especially on the Oom Piet's and Greek Church descents and thanks, was trying to capture exactly what you're seeing
