David do you know what the correlation is between EPOC values and TSS. Seems Garmin uses the EPOC scores for their training load. Is there any relationship between the 2? Sometimes Garmin gives me a training load half of my TSS and other times it is almost double my TSS, My guess is EPOC purely takes HR into account

Not that I don't like him. I'm very happy to see him get results. Unfortunately he is becoming a passanger. He needs to have some purpose in the team

Don’t know if I missed it but I don’t see Meintjies name in the top 100? The road has tilted upwards in a stage or 2 but he still has not cracked the top half of the starting list. He must be saving himeself for something special (like a contract termination) If DD decides to call it a day would any of their riders be picked up by a pro tour team (not continental)?

Might have been mentioned prior but I see BMC indicated they won't be their bike sponsor after the off season. The only brand standing in line is probably Titan.......

This is k@k funny!! They probably struggling to find riders that want to sign with them. Maybe the available pool of over the wall semi retired riders is a bit small this year. After all this is the pool they normally fish in

Top 10 would mean he should be in best shape in a very very long time. Maybe he should try finish the vuelsta. Top 15 would be a very good result for him in my opinion

There is more of a chance Cavendish getting a result for DD than Maincheese....

Never said his TDF results are not significant. I’m saying the guy did not do much after his 8th at TDF. He certainly has the pedigree but at the end of the day it is results that gets you contracts. If he does not perform soon he will just be another rider on DD that will ride out his professional career and no other WT team will touch him. Unlike the current DD model where they get riders pass their prime to come retire on the team

My mistake maybe 1 or 2 of them worth mentioning but I hardly count anything “African Continent” related as significant on the WT stage I don’t think he is boxed in with making race moves on DD. Do you think he is not attacking on mountain stages or getting race results because DD is dictating him not to try anything? I don’t believe that

When last did Maincheese have a result? To be honest he only has 2 results worth mentioning. 2nd place at U23 worlds and a top 10 finish at TDF. Since then he was either injured or just not performing. How can him moving to DD be bad for his career? No matter where he moved he would still not have any results (in my opinion) No doubt he is a massive talent but there are just more massive talents in play. I would like nothing more than for him to be right up there climbing with the best guys in the world but it does not seem to be in the cards Does DD have a reputation in the peloton? Is it known as a last resort team? Seems to be judging by the guys they sign....
