So that leaves no title defenders for women Cape Epic. Wonder if Kate and Anika will do Epic and with whom. Would be cool if the teams could be Anika and Jenny (apparently signed with Specialize) Kate and Sonya Looney (both Scott riders) Wonder who Mariska would be signing with. Arianne will do marathon events so not sure which team will fit the bill for riders only doing this discipline. Hope they don't give her another epic partner that will break her and she ends up another year or 2 paying for sessions to get over it

If his role will be mentoring and supporting Meintjies then it is probably a good sign. Considering they love signing guys with 1 foot in retirement it must be the team with the most mentors in pro tour

DDD will have to do a bit better than Roman. He is a quality rider but when last did he actually have a result? They should get rid of some dead weight as well

Was so glad it was a easy ride. My fitness would not have made a technical 50km. They succeeded 100% in their aim for this race in my opinion. It was the perfect progression to longer routes for peeps coming from the shorter distances. Spier was a great venue as well

So what % can I add to the price in $ on their website to get an idea what the bike will cost me delivered?

Terpstra was super strong! Staying ahead of that chasing bunch is amazing. In my opinion the only rider in the chasing group who maybe did have the legs to close the gap was Gilbert.

If Kate can suck wheel at high intensity for 7 days they should win. I don't see Ariane getting podium. She has her head to compete against as well. Think Robyn and Sabine will take it 1. Robyn/Sabine 2. Langvad/Courtney 3. Candice and partner or Annie and Mariska

Epic is a way different race than XC They will do well. Money is on them for the prologue to start with

My TSS mostly is between 350 and 550 per week. I don't really have more time to ride and I cant really spend all the time I do have to ride at IF of 90+ So can one actually get some good fitness with this range of TSS or is it just about enough to maintain a level that is not really here nor there?

Question: What IF or TSS is considered a hard workout that warrants a recovery/ active recovery the next day. I know workout prior to that day plays a role but just interested to know from what score it can be considered a hard workout

Is Uran at least still staying? Not that he is his money's worth to be honest. He will probably be nowhere for a year or so till he gets another surprise result. They seriously need high profile riders otherwise I don't see the sponsor staying
