    Both Stenerhag and De Groot is on a completely different level than before! It is great to see that Candice has climbed many steps as well. Hell, check how strong Mariska is now. Really makes me happy to see how these ladies improve. I think we have some of the best marathon ladies in the world now.

    Don't for 1 moment think that their position is due to Morath being a weak rider. She is miles stronger than Arianne. The ladies are just much stronger than Arianne that's all. Personally I think she is a bit burnt out. She is a wonderful person with amazing work ethics but the training, stress and personal issues unfortunately took its toll. This is my opinion

    They will be my team I cheer for just because I am a connondale boytjie. I don't however see them on the top 2 steps but if they do #HappyDays Sauzi & Co for the win Between Bulls & the Italian pairing for 2nd Centurian Vaude somewhere in there Schurter mixing it up I would like podium to look like this: Sauzer and co Fumic and co Ferraro and co Schurter and co (I know its 4 but anyway)

    Just an observation: The PPA marshal at the start explained the rules very well to the league riders. Still numerous VC, VB and probably VA riders hitched a free ride with the A batch to potentially get away from their bunch or to catch up with their bunch. I just don't understand why you even sign up to ride league if you have zero regard for the rules anyway. This is cheating plain and simple. I am not a league rider but started in A batch and this was just something I observed. Did not have any impact on my race but probably on the honest riders in their league groups
