You need a strong base for your legs to push off from. As for home exercises: crunches, Russian tests, leg raises etc. For the best results throw in some stretches after your ab routine.

  21. Sorry for that. I thought that yesterday's question would only be answered today, and therefore the second question would in fact be today's question. I did however take liberty with sneaking in the third one. So here goes: I have three (3) questions for this thread. (1) How many of these injuries are road related and how many are MTB related? mostly mtb so far. the roadies are worries that the colour of their injuries doesn't match their kit. (2) How is Ricky Bobby doing? last we heard was therocky's post. (3) What happened to the man? he fell heavy at the bike park and had to be airlifted to hospital. (1) I cant beat that answer Holly (2) He is up and about. Has a serious case of cabin fever as he isnt allowed to drive this week. Bumped into Rocky at gym last night while Ricky was chilling downstairs on a pc. He looks good and is planning to come back stronger than ever. (3) he went of the handle bars on space junk just behind the bmx track. injuries are as follows: - compound fracture of t10 vertebra - torn tendons on both thumbs - hairline fracture of right elbow There may have been more details but the pretty girl in the pink hotpants walk past and distracted me As yes his bike is just fine!
