I normally check regularly as well, but managed to get screw up yesterday Ride wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Was back on the commute this morning. II'd much rather ride in the cold than heat, even with growing up here, but if I can avoid the rain I will.
Lesson I've re-learnt today...make sure rain jacket and such things are in your bag on days like today...it's going to be a wet and miserable ride home later...
I saw a clip similar to this, the driver got out and wanted to hit the cyclist and he rode off, the guy chased on foot, missed his step, and went down face first on the sidewalk.

We're quite a large corporate, and until now had to be on Fedhealth so when they decided Discovery would be our second option I guess the Discovery team decided they needed to do something to show us why we would want to move over to them? I was hitting on talking to one of the women from Vitality and she was saying they have different events like this even in public places, but I can't say I recall ever seeing that anywhere before.
My problem of looking for a device to sync to Vitality is solved. We had Vitality at our offices with some spinning bikes and I won a Fitbit Blaze by topping the leaderboard in the challenge.
