  1. looking to buy a fender that fits the SID Select 35, SID Select + etc...as the one in the pic...any idea where I can source it locally?
  2. yup...will go over and visit and bring stuff back...easiest
  3. thanks Frosty...not sure how they would determine value on some used stuff
  4. I want to ask my sister to send me a parcel with some bike parts and a pair of cycling shoes from Italy. If she sends it as a gift from Italy with a courier what customs implications are there when it gets here?
  5. only in Switzerland...🤗 https://www.mtb-mag.com/arriva-finalmente-il-lavaggio-automatico-per-bici/

Starbike is excellent , have used them before with no problems.
  7. Bontrager Flare RT Awesome little light...can be controlled by a Garmin head unit and shows status and battery % on the Garmin. Light comes on automatically when you start recording a ride and goes off when you pause the ride. I have the headlight too.. https://www.trekbikes.com/za/en_ZA/equipment/bike-accessories/bike-lights/bike-rear-lights/bontrager-flare-rt-rear-bike-light/p/23999/
  8. let's ride tomorrow...9am Hub&Spoke...
  9. rode all the GRTP routes in March…all clearly marked and well maintained …. they also have great coffee and carrot cake there
  10. if you like flow lines GRTP will knock your sox off..
  11. Must definitely try Witfontein next time we go to that area:)
  12. I would just keep riding GRTP and forget the rest:) Harkerville is nice for the views...singletrack is ok, but short and not very flowy. The route around Sedgefield over the mountain where they paraglide from is OK, just a dirt road really with some nice views on the back side over the lagoons. The Homtini routes are nice but again some short singletracks and lots of dirt roads. GRTP is just mind-blowing singletrack fun...about 60km of it
  13. 5-25Nm is not very useful ...rather a 2-12 or so which will be more accurate when set a 4, 5, 6Nm which is where most of the use will be..
  14. a 130k bike with some really outdated geometry
  15. agreed on the KS Lev droppers… I have owned 2 and they are excellent, better than any other I have owned and easy to maintain…unfortunately have to sell mine since it does not fit my Epic Evo (30.9)😕 worst dropper I previously owned was the Fox… would get stuck if I torqued seat collar over 4Nm
  16. 30psi max...not sure where you read 200-250psi?
  17. I would add 2 thin washers to raise the caliper a little so the pads run more central to the braking surface...
