F bunch... It was caused by an idiot that tried to gain a few places by overtaking outside the cones that are there to divert us in the right direction. When he tried to get back into the correct lane he hit one of the cones. The cone shot straight into the middle of the bunch and well the rest you can see in the picture. I got quite a lot of satisfaction from watching the guilty party sliding down the road on his a$$. That is no.one.knows's arm on the right hand side

For the medical clever guys. If you donate blood, how many days does it take for your body to replace the blood i.e. how long will it affect performance for? If I donate tomorrow (Thursday) will I be ok for a short race on Saturday?

Turtlek it defiantly ain't that... They make the noises pretty much everywhere that the crank is turning When I've ridden behind him it sounds like the free wheel taking up play as if the wheels spins quicker then he is turning the pedals, although that not really possible on an uphill (if that makes any sense at all)

And no one can fetch his bike down the hill
