    don't assume that spoke patterns ,braking surfaces and wheel bags make wheels sets genuine and not Chinese manufactured (all of the right stuff comes with Chinese "branded" wheelsets the Chinese factories are now producing very high quality wheels with the latest cross section designs correct weights and any hubs and spokes you request worst part is they are really good wheels ..... but fake branding them is a very popular pastime in SA check out the price and ask yourself why someone with 'real' wheels is low balling himself its usually the give away with Chinese fake branded goods (its not just wheels)

    i want to do my dale too that's real pretty work what did he charge (if you don't mind saying ) did he supply decals also did you have to strip the frame separately (and assemble after) or is that included

    actually it was a sincere reply to hairy I do think his thread is valuable and my comment wasn't intended to detract from it (the soooorrrry was intended to demonstrate a lack of malice and give him a smile ) unlike you I don't indulge in sarcasm as its the lowest form of wit

    in fairness to him its not like city of cape town builds cycling lanes running to the communities that really need access to an alternative form of public transport and so to the majority of cape town residents they don't mean a thing .... its not like most all the people in blouberg etc and rondebosch etc don't have a car (they choose to cycle ) maybe us cyclists would take less flak about the lanes if there was one or two that ran out onto the flats and more of those folk in those communities could commute safely by bike strength in numbers

    im totally against illegal riding so please don't take this as a licence to get away with it but im amazed at how quickly you all gave the ranger a genuine id (which you are not obliged to have in your possession at all times) or your genuine id information its easy really - just lie ! but despite that DONT ride illegally

    sorry to spoil it for you but that's on the side of a road it is real pretty and a quiet road but still a tarred road and to ride bottelerey you have to travel there by road maybe you should get that mtb and follow tombeej around

    basically they have inserted themselves into our sport and force us to pay them one way or another and then have the nerve to claim they represent us csa are politicians and when they get done playing with the other politicians we will all be riding bikes with number plates on and having to do proficiency tests and pay and pay and pay ... its coercion dressed up as a service
