Is your billing cycle not monthly? ie. In Feb you should get paid for the Jan races (if at least 2 weeks has passed since the race).

So the Fitness Assessment doesn't count towards the fitness points? Great. Last year I was told it would be a waste as I already maxed out the fitness points

Apparently there is some issues with the cash back payments for races, so don't expect any R's in your account soon.

Has anyone gotten money back on race entries yet (last year), I think this year is still too soon after the races. I'm just concerned that with their system glitches, payments might disappear. I have GC connected to Disc, so when I sync to Strava, it sync's to GC, and then to Disc. I then went onto the app and used the claim points for outdoor events option. My points however shows as 0 for Outdoor events with the message, "you can only claim for one activity per day", no problem with that , but will their system then still manage to identify that I completed the race and get the refund of the designated %?

Joined the cycling team this morning, how long does it usually take for the stuff to be delivered, days, weeks?

I have already entered a few races and paid. If I join now, will I still get the % back of the qualifying races? (probably answered before....)

Ordered this in March. Gave up that it would ever arrive. Finally showed up this week. Photo are off the Web for now. Haven't taken it out of the box yet.

most of the cyclists I follow on Instagram, etc, seems to be riding with earphones. Are we the only country that is so strict (self imposed) on this?

I considered joining when the initial emails came out last year. I got the impression most races would be covered (probably misread the emails). But after the first communications this year, I paid my ROAG fees as this just didnt make sense to me. similar to what has been said in some of the previous posts: I already have a Garmin Edge (it would have been nice if the voucher could have been used for anything that is cycling related from Garmin , GPS, HR belts, Speed/ Cadence sensors, etc) I have no intention of getting anything from Rudy Project (have had glasses and helmet, and they dont work for me). Maybe the voucher should have been for stuff from ASG? The shirt, I have more than enough, as it is, I'm hardly wearing half the stuff. And, I'm not paying on the promise that there might be a race some time this year that might be included later, that I might get a % back of my entry. (and I'm on Diamond level on Vitality, so I do use the facility)
