Prozac rides during the week from Hendrik potgieter rd

I had a small altercation with a FJ cruiser going up Hekpoort. I could not get past so I tapped the car and waved to ask him to move slightly right so I could pass. Turned into a shouting match. He did move over eventually even though there was no cars coming from the front. Traffic out of the parking area was craz. Took me 45min to get out.

Finished the audio book yesterday. Sure does paint Lance as a "bully" and not really a nice guy, mostly.

I'm going to cling on to the group as long as possible and hope for the best. Fitness is not near where I'd like it to be.

Last year it was quite hot going up Hekpoort, and then the wind nailed you on the section to the Satellite road

You can park at Stonecradle just off the N14, Avianto, Something Country or even at the Lion and Rhino aprk, I think.

Another tough day for me. This weekend and at EPR, I had the stamina for the distance but no speed in my legs to stick with any group. They feel like lead. Was watching all the groups catch, and then pass me, just as quickly. Need to get my legs back over next 3 months before 94.7.

You won't need to chain your bike to something if it is in a locked garage . The securing bike issue is more for when you away from the risk address . Most insurers will only cover your bike if it is specified. You could technically argue that it forms part of your contents if it gets stolen from inside your house or out building . Inside being operative word . In the Garden won't count .

Haven'nt been back to King's proper since they moved the entrance to the flower farm. Part of the Silverstar mtb race goes through King if I remember correctly. Might join you guys on the 8th. Will probably ride from home down HP. Legs are going to be poked for the uphill ride home! eish.
