If its the same accident i saw occur in front of me three riders were involved and appears to be touch of wheels, one rider looked like he came down hard but looked ok as he was sitting up, his bike looked bad. The other 2 had gotten up already and were checking their bikes.

At the pleasure of repeating myself, i would have accepted guilty verdict, how many critics would accept an otherwise outcome. What did the Feds find out to dismiss all the "evidence" put before them.
