2 years ago i was side swiped from the rear by a furniture truck who's driver failed to allow space for the extended side mirrors. Got a call later from the truck owner claiming his driver said i swerved in front of him and wanted me to pay for the damage, unfortunate for him there were witnesses and amongst them was a lawyer, never heard anything since. On advice from my medical aid i went RAF route, which is turning out to be a long slowwwwww process.
