  1. And now I just built up a 29er with a too large frame, thinking I could make it fit.
  2. Cool, thanks guys.
  3. So my steerer is a little bit short. Can I still get away with this, without getting an extender?
  4. If you read men's health, ask Jimmy the Bartender. You should still pay petrol for driving in and driving home. It's like splitting a hamburger and giving away your half. You still have to pay for it.
  5. In the making, still deciding on colour scheme.
  6. No, it's not impossible. If you're fit enough, it should be quite easy.
  7. One important tip when ordering from CRC: Customs will read "tablets" and they'll want a doctors clearance letter for bringing in medical supplies. So let them make a note saying it's a simple sports drink.
  8. Go ride around the neighborhood with lots of stop streets. Listen to chilled out music, practise your no-hands riding, practise trackstands. Take a dog with you if possible.
  9. I hopped a speedbump going 55km/h last weekend, so yeah... go for it. (Was a bit rattled though)

  18. Friend of mine broke the lever of his (I think chorus) front shifter. (The big lever) Where can one buy parts to fix it?
  19. Sending it to a friend to send as gift is unethical and illegal FYI. Plus then you have to pay for shipping
  20. Well that really depends on what bike and components it currently has. Seems like you're talking mtb. I'd say go tubeless. Cheapest upgrade and it really is a good upgrade.
  21. Google, youtube and parktool website is your friend
  22. Been using parktool self adhesive patches on skinny tubes. Doesn't take up a lot of space, works faster than normal patches and does a good job. As mentioned though, they aren't an permanent solution.
  23. I've done it everytime and no-one has stopped me before.
