  6. I have 3 routers I use for trimming to a template. Triton Makita Maktec The triton...just sounds like it is gona fall apart any day now The makita has been back 3 times under warranty. The maktec is still strong. Personally I prefer makita for woodwork jobbing...but the maktec has certain earned it place in my workshop...but once again DIY or to run 8 hours a day Jigsaw...Bosch would be my first choice...make sure you understand what you require...scroll type cutting...long fast cuts etc...before you outlay the cash...gst 160 bce Orbital sander...Bosch wins again...but make sure you get the one which peforms the task required...i.e. 6 or 8 inch disc...vibration free...speed control...etc ...Gex 125 -150 ave my choice. Festool if I could afford it.
  7. Being a little more experienced at road riding certainly helps...held back for the climb...used the bunches to save energy...to get momentum for the M19 downhill...tucked in and let my weight pull me past everyone...bummed I only managed to get 78 km/h. the Edwin Swales concrete section got a little tricky at one point...the bunch was right in the middle on the worse section...I stayed at the back and made sure I could steer clear...which I did when things went pear shaped. The climb up the M7 was a lot easier this year...easy gear...80 rpm and blowing a lot of air...got a PR for the climb to Pinetown as I got onto the M4 the mtb race started...saw a mtber take a nasty fall...then he ran across the road in front our bunch in an attempt to clear his bottle off the road...lucky he made it.
