  1. Steerer tubes come in 1.1/8" and 1.5"
  2. +1 to dialed bikes. I have a set of raceface knee and shin guards for R200.
  3. Make a huge difference, but riding with flats will make you a better rider.
  4. Best stuff ever, and you can have it as a shake for lunch when your feeling too lazy to chew.
  5. This track is pretty sweet, very nice and smooth and has a couple jumps. Obviously its not complete yet as it is rather short, but the track has loads of potential, I'll definatly be back.
  6. Any real reason to why you won't go for those bike brands that you have selected?
  7. Titanium Designs
  8. The worst are the guys that come screaming down the jeep track, fall, go home and then proceed to tell everyone that mountain biking is dangerous and that you should never do it!
  9. I believe the use of the word Taco only exists when talking about Dee Max's. So I don't know what your talking about.

  15. Jacques Lemans F1
  16. Step 1: Put your short stem on that 200mm stem is stupid. Step 2: Get some 5.10's so your feet don't fall off pedals. Step 3: Get some spikey flat pedals so your feet stay planted. Step 4: Wider bars your little 520mm bars are very unstable you need some bars at least 710cm wide. Step 5: Get a Shock pump and harden your fork.
  17. 1. Always wear a helmet, wear body armor as well when needed (how much depends on course, and what you find to be suitable) at all times. 2. Look ahead of you. The faster you are going the further ahead you should look. 3. Make sure your tires have appropriate tread on them and are not cracking/damaged 4. Get enough sleep before riding and especially before racing.
  18. Avid BB7's are like hydro's. I'd rather have BB7's on my bike than Hayes Strokers, but in the end its your choice.
  19. I can say one thing is for sure is that any XC rider will come off second best if crashing into a Downhill rider. MotoX armor and full face helmets provide a lot more protection than a bit of lycra and a piss pot. My Advice, don't ride up trails that have names with the word "Downhill" in.
  20. 1. Acceleration is better with 26" 2. Bike is allot easier to control 3. Smaller wheels = less rotational mass when at high speeds 4. bigger wheels are weak!!! 5. higher BB to still accommodate for 200mm travel, really bad for cornering. 6. steep head angle on 29" frames again not the greatest for cornering and jumping through rock gardens. 26" is a win!!!
  21. You could get a clear bottle and a water proof light. and put the light in your bottle, would be pretty cool. OR Why don't you mount the lights to your seat stays?
  22. 1 or 2 things that cannondale need to re-think and refine on the jekyll, but other than that, IT IS THE BEST BIKE IN THE WORLD!!!
  23. Just go to the local dirt jump spot
