  1. Two hectic looking trikes.
  2. Not all of the pics are showing?
  3. Often at red lights, curiosity gets the better of people and they wind the window down and ask how big is the engine. Their expressions are priceless when I tell them 2300cc 😀
  4. I do the same with my Rocket. Forever looking to take arty farty pictures of the bike.
  5. This is a short 600m section through the PE Golf Course trail. It has since been beaten.
  6. Oo this Triumph
  7. BMW GS riders expect it because it's the only way they can fit their bikes between the cars with those sideways engines of theirs
  8. Same with motorbikes. Crotch rocket dudes won't greet the stof donkies and don't get me started on the cruiser guys. Don't sweat the small things in life. Enjoy your ride and you do you and let them be.
  9. My brother in law was telling me the fines are linked to how much you earn. The higher the salary the steeper the fine. You going to feel it.
  10. We spent 3 weeks there on holiday. My brother in law lives there. Beautiful and awesome mountain passes.
  11. A voice of reason 😄
  12. I think it's going to hurt
  13. While riding on the N2 out to Crossways between PE and JBay had a interesting tussle with a Porche. The Rocket hit its limiter at 225 and the Porche started pulling away. Not for long though. Traffic cops were out trapping and pulled him off 🫣🫥
  14. Thats what I used when I had my Harley
  15. I see it in the industry I work in. There is this idea that if you give a guy a side cutter and a screwdriver, you can call him a technician............
  16. Some mechanics should be allowed near a wheelbarrow never mind a bike
  17. Nothing for me either. But I do understand your need.
  18. No service history but the bike is clean. My son in law works there. https://autoaddicts.co.za/car/2007-bmw-650-gs-we-do-not-offer-finance/
  19. Something similar happened to my Dad many years ago. He was totally fluent in Xhosa. One day in East London, he fetched his DVD player that had been in for repairs. Carrying the machine back to his car, two Xhosa gentleman started trailing him. He heard the one say to the other "he is old it will be easy". My Dad always could hold up his end in a rough and tumble affair and realized he would be vulnerable when he got to the car. When he reached the car, he placed the machine on the boot of his car and looked them in the face and in Xhosa said to them "so who is going to be first, I am not so old as you think I am" Needless to say they quickly made their departure.
  20. At least the coughing seems to be letting up somewhat. With G2C in October this flu has put a serious damper on preparing for this event.
  21. Most people who I speak to say at least 4 weeks of coughing. This is a bad strain as it knocked the whole household flat.
  22. Yesterday was 3 weeks with a bad flu and continues coughing. Friday and last night were the first time that I have managed a full night's sleep without coughing myself awake. Must say I have suffered a serious sense of humor failure and have not even thought about doing any exercise
  23. I was trying my best to look distinguished 😂😂
  24. It was a blast. I also perved over this machine. All original except for the exhaust system.
