Just a question, not smoking anybody out. How did the Shimano parts for that bike come into the country? Imported in a box by Probike and assembled wherever (if the wheels were already assembled in the box I don't know) or was the frame brought in by Probike and the wheels bought from Coolheat? There are many options but if you ask me I think the people who should be answering the quality control question are Probike... Just a thought...

lol... I have an E36 and it is stock... love it to bits. Never been a fan of the E36 M3 coupe but absolutely love the 3.2L E36 M3 saloon (4 door), it's a phenominal car, often derided for it's soft engine but when you do find one that has been nurtured you can't deny that the 236kw it delivers was light years ahead of it's time...
