You train to race, so why not race in training and make sure you go through you're entire repertoire, attacks off the front, off the back, giving other riders your race face, sitting your mates wheel and refusing to come through and take a turn at the front... All of it...

I took pics of McLean's Dura Ace electronic at The Panorama Tour... very impressive. You just change wheels and the RD adjusts and sets itself. FD as well...
