You threatened to sue the pants off them and in my mind that surely would have been enough if you did. If I deleted the posts it would mean deleting your evidence... Either way, someone else seemingly did the business... As for the smut thread, whilst I don't approve I believe the warning in the title of the thread, which is fairly bold, is enough. Most establishments have warnings at the entrance and as such that thread is compliant. There are however some risque pics contained therein that are not for public consumption and I act accordingly when someone reports content that is clearly and blatantly pornographic. Other than that I do have a day job and can't be here 24/7, I also do not read every thread on The Hub, some if it just doesn't interest me. I am usually at my busiest on The Hub between 3am and 6am when I generally respond to spam complaints and the like, lots of you report spam for some reason.
