  3. SD card might have contact details or GPS coordinates or gpx file of its flight path and origin. Might even be able to trace the origin from the video

Perhaps look for any CCTV whether residential or commercial along the route from the shebeen through to where a previous post mentioned the blue car turning off said road. There must be something.   7. Report breakages and sometimes we still wait days for repairs. A couple of months later breakages at same point. Quality of repairs and compaction questionable

  9. 40km or so was lekker. It is a MTB event so am prepared to get muddy and dirty. It adds to the event. Watching the mud tumblers was fun too. Fortunately did not tumble myself. Nice race. Thanks to the orgsnisers

  12. If you not happy to join spruit under the N1 then ride up to Cowley and join the spruit there. That is, go up Rivonia Rd and turn right into Cowley and follow down to spruit
  13. Spruit is fine alone. Start in Sunninghill and follow it all the way to the top of Alberts Farm. Round trip 52km. Else turnaround when you need to. A lekker ride. Free

The sports injury clinic link above recommends various treatments and exercises including using the foam rollers. Obviously as with all exercises there are correct and incorrect ways of doing them, all of these methods will have their place and application which will be specific to each individual.
