  3. Mine was about 5km. I went down just after the tar section and destroyed my RD cable. So I could not select gears at the back. I recall I also took out Jules. Oooops.

  10. I'm getting tired of marketing nonsense... I was reading an article about Rotor rings/Q rings and it goes on about how this can improve your output power...Bla, bla, bla. It says that studies have SUGGESTED that it can improve your output power by ABOUT a whopping 3%. And then the article talks about the shifting. Bassically it says that the shifting on these rings is a bit slower than what you would expect. And then the article reminds you that it is still good to always remember to shift early. When I read this, this is what I read: You, Joe Public, will not notice any difference in power output gained. Trust me, you won't! It is like a 3% salary increase, ok! Second, the shifting on these rings are k@k.

  20. And I are done. I needed shorter chainring bolts to be able to get rid of the small chainring and I needed a tensioner, duh! The bike is 6 years old but there is life in her still!
