  1. This☝🏻! Garmin transponder works like a charm, the strap on the other hand needs some rework for longevity. Breaks on the join where the stretchy straps and sensor pads meet🥺!
  2. @Dale….not nice to read, ever! Heal up soon. Looking forward to seeing your awesome photographs being posted again.
  3. This is good news….thanks for the effort guys. Thought this petition would fall on deaf ears like many other petitions involving SOE’s and parastatals…🫢
  4. Great feedback on this thread, making me even more bleak that I had to turn my entry over to substitution, picked up “something” on Tuesday that I could not put down in time for the event…..🤢
  5. Been through this procedure 3 bloody times (1994, 2008 & 2013), fortunately life can be back to normal after 6-8 weeks……. just do the recovery rehab exercise sessions!
  6. Entered on Tuesday, no email, but an sms with seeding was received.
  7. The old Breville Barista returned a non repairable quote, has been retired and made way for its replacement…..☕️
  8. Fortunately not speaking for myself….🚴‍♂️😀
  9. Obsess and enjoy it, before girlfriend, wife and or child come along, who may have a different perspective on priorities….🫣
  10. Time to experience the world of Gravel, so added the appropriate “tool to the shed”…..N+1
  11. 55 guys, all the best! I struggle buying for just one….myself. Different brands means many variances in cuts, shapes and sizes🤦‍♂️!
  12. My take on this is the required commitment to a change in lifestyle, changing something to lose the weight and once the weight is lost reverting back to doing what you did will take your weight back to where you started. I lost 16kgs over a 6 week period from 25 Nov 2019 (102kg's) to 3 Jan 2020 (86kg's) participating in a carb cycling diet (controlled portions of healthy whole foods) and boot camp style exercise (5 x 40min sessions a week). No sugar, alcohol, fruits or "colorful" veggies. Every 4th day carbs could be consumed in controlled portions. Eating like this took some planning for meal prep (it is not sustainable, not for me at least), but it did what I wanted it to do, which is kick start the healthier lifestyle. Now 2 years down the line, I way 81kg's (plus or minus a 1kg), watching what I eat - not anal about it - combined with a mix of walking, running, cycling and gym exercises. In general, life is much better, feeling healthy and strong, no colds or flu over the past 2 years including Covid!
  13. I stand under correction, but do not believe it has to be a OneUp stem, I have the edc tool fitted into an Industry 9 stem.
