Silverback is better value for money and better specs. Geometry of the frame is not great though.

When riding in the mud, take a large old sock and cut a hole in the sock where the cleat is in the shoe then the shoe will not get much mud on them so less cleaning is needed...

I just used usn cytopower for a race this and for the first 4 and a half laps, i was feeling leka but tpwards the end the last 2 and a half laps, i cramped. Iv'e never cramped to badly in my lifetime and i dont usually cramp that much.

I have been riding with the same chain for about 7 month with about 4 to 5 rides a week on it. It is now totally worn out but I am still riding with it and there is no jumping and skipping gears. I am about to replace the whole drive train now but im going to buy 2 chains and rotate them every week and that should last me the rest of the year i hope.

My Garmin edge 305 also has something wrong with it. It works for a while untill i need to charge it up again. It says its charging but once its finished charging i try to swich it on but nothing goes on. After about 12 hours I try swich it on again and it goes on for like a second so i charge it up and it works!!! When its back on low again and i need to charge it the whole cycle happens again. Really gets on my nerves.

Firstly, I weigh 65kgs and I want build a light wheel set for XC and marathon racing. Don't want to spend more than R7000 on it so I came up with this combination so far but need some advice and help. . ZTR Olympic rims ( the white ones ) Hope Pro II or A2Z XC Disc brake hubs in blue ( this is where I need the advice) DT swiss revolution Spokes Black/Silver ( also looking for advice here) DT Swiss aluminium nipples in blue Hope Discs in blue/black KCNC skewers in Blue
