  1. Had John-Lee been there it could've been a different race.
  2. What's your offer?! hehehe I am offering your arm.. Maybe one of your legs to... aaahhh what the.... I will throw in both your legs... Leave you with a right arm so that you can finish exams... Well, I already have a few people interested in the arm, so you can't have it!
  3. What's your offer?!
  4. How much do you think I can get for my left arm? Better go make a post on the notice board...
  5. Ek soek...
  6. Dis Petri daai... Maar waar's ons Mini...?
  7. Geen idee
  8. Malcolm won it. George second. Apparently they just rode across the line in that order. I suppose some deal was made.
  9. Less than half a lap to go - Malcolm and David are a minute and a half ahead of the rest of the MTN/Microsoft guys. Bunch with the rest of the main favourites at 15 minutes, just rolling toward the finish. I wonder if George can get Lange offhis wheel, seeing that the climbs have already passed. Otherwise he uis just gonna get sprinted by Lange with a pair of fresh legs, since there is no presssure on Malcolm to work with his whole team coming up from behind.
  10. MTN/Microsoft is still out front. Kevin Evans (technicall also an MTN rider) is also up there with them, George and Maaske. Gap is about a minute and a half, and they don't seem to be going flat out yet. Looks to be game, set and match. I doubt even a guy like George can handle being attacked by seven guys. Good luck DG.
  11. Okay, the entire MTN/Microsoft clan is up the road with David George and Adrian Maaske (Exel). They are a minute ahead of the chase bunch which I assume contains James Perry (Barloworld), Jock Green, Travis Allen (both Konica Minolta). I think Jaco (Kakaa) and Jimmy (TCS) as well, and probably the guys from Hi-Q. Petri (Shammy_Rash) unfortunately broke spokes at a crucial time when they were going really hard, so it looks like he might not get back. Latrinus... Yesterday's results?
  12. Hehe, I wrote like half of this year's Cycling Annual. Updates over the phone suck though, woukld've liked to be there. 1.Nolan Hoffman (Exel) 2.Michael Robinson (Exel 3.Arran Brown (Colorpress Cyclingnews) 4.Jaco Venter (Exel) 5.Jonathan Kinnear (MTN/Microsoft Club100) 6.Prince Maluleke (Exel) 7.Shaun Davel (Shaun Davel) Barend about 15th. Nice to see a sprinter take a solo win on such a challenging route And great riding by Exel - 4 riders in the top 6. Dunno about Cherise, but I guess she cremated them.Phen2007-06-02 05:13:35
  13. Nolan won, by more than 4 minutes, apparently. Michael Robinson second - Great stuff bud. Think Arran will get third. I hear Cherise already has a 2 minute gap in the junior ladies race, so no surprise there. Some great tactics by Austin - Brilliant brilliant brilliant!!! All the hype created in the Beeld around Jaco, Johan and Jaques being the main contenders along with Hanco, and then he uses the other guys to win the race. Tactical mastermind you arePhen2007-06-02 04:36:13
  14. Nolan is 2 minutes ahead, then Michael, then another 35 seconds to Arran and Prince, then another 15 seconds to Duncan, then another 20 seconds to Jaco Venter and Jonathan Kinnear. Nolan looks to have it in the bag with less than a lap to go. Let's just hope Michael can hold on for the silver medal. Go boy, go go go!!!
  15. On the U23 race: Less than 2 laps to go, lead group of Prince Maluleke, Michael Robinson, Nolan Hoffman (all Exel), and Duncan Viljoen (CSC). The Exel trio haven't started attacking Duncan just yet. Chase group with, I think, Arran Brown and Jaco Venter at one and a half minutes. Kachelhoffer group with Barend in at something like 4 minutes.
  16. Spoke to Jaco. David did about 50 minutes - which is almost 4 minutes quicker than Arran did winning yesterday. Jimmy did about 56min.
  17. 5th Place for Psycho. Not bad
  18. I see the guys in second and third had better times than the winner, well according to Wilhelm - Get your facts right man.
  19. Pity we don't have a picture of that certain person, who was behind you, sleeping with his head on the handlebars while waiting for Danie and Denise to come pick him up. Hahaha. Chat to you on Facebook, 'cause we getting like the other people who hi-jack threads all day long.
  20. Hahahahahaha! Go the Jimmy, go go go!
