Those damascus knives are really nice gummibear. I too commission only custom knives. It looks like the top knife has a ferrule missing which you should have repaired before the bone gets chipped.

I'd drop that for the stem alone.

The value lies in the: (1) the stem (cinelli grammo titanium) Beautiful!!! (2) the 3ttt bars (3) the wheelset with lovely record large flange hubs. (4) can't really identify the pin and waver a guess at GS but, sorry the frame isn't a cinelli pista at first glance. sorry if i missed something, but we'd need a look at the bb shell as well.
