I cringe at the way CWC tries to cash in on some Oprah sensationalism. In reality they didn't make any dreams come true. The client has worked hard for the dosh and made a purchase to fulfill a desire or dream of their own. CWC can be grateful the client chose to spend in their store and commissioned them to supply and build. It is no different to me paying the plumber and tiler to finish my new bathroom. I paid for it; and its my vision. If they charitably donate it to me they can claim to make my dream come true. Cheap boys, very cheap !!!!!!!!

That Gazelle is so very lovely. Dreamy frame. I am particularly impressed with the sweet touches like the matching cable and lettering and the plastic hozzle on the internal cable routing ends. I even accept the green valve caps that match the color of the 531 decal. Such sweet detail. I'm thinking that this is the prototype brake with the tube bit on top of the calliper.

The geometry looks racy. Really exquisite frame.

At the end you paid up. And you know why. I appreciate that you state that, you have learnt that; you should have asked if there would be a charge. Its just as easy to say that there was an onus on the service provider, to state upfront that there would be a fee. Verbally or on visible signage. It would have been strategic to have purchased something (even of small value like bombs or tyre levers) and I am sure that the charge would have fallen away.
