Sounds like a case of "hot foot",only way to fix it is to have your cleat set up checked as well as the foot bed
  10. You should also have a look at the Wilier bikes, something very special about them, besides the fact that they are very rare
  11. Easy to replace. Most good lbs should have
  12. If they are bled properly in the first place they won't need touching for years. Been riding my CR's going on two years without a days issues
  13. Had a similar issue recently, also felt pain going up the climbs. Managed to sort everything out by just stretching the hamstrings and calves
  14. 2013 Lefty has 150hour service intervals....... RS 100hour+-, fox is roughly the same
  15. The Cannondale flash is one of the best handling bikes on the market, that would be my first and only choice
  16. Surprised nobody's mentioned Oakley. More lens options, more frame sizes, more frame options
  17. Have quarts carbons the race bike and normal quarts on the training bike, and I've found the only noticeable differences is the carbons feel much stiffer
  18. You should have a chat to Ruan at Spoke Works www.spokeworks.co.za/
  19. Any SRAM service agent should be able to sort that out

Quick warning be for you go spend cash on a Hope bb. You need to remember that most Truvativ cranks are tapered so a Hope bb won't work
