How about the Mavic Cosmos ?

I've done spinning, and occasionally still simulate it on the indoor trainer,It does help,and helps even more if you keep the intensity ,for the short period spinning offer, quiet high. It cannot substitute a long endurance ride, but stimulates other muscle fibres and still keeps the legs going. The very least is, you may not improve, but wont lose fitness! Also Spinning which involves intervals, have been scientifically researched and proven to assist endurance fitness (but once again,not replace).

the shorts does'nt Hav2B an Assos. Nalini is just as good and alot cheaper !

the 135gr SLR , calls for precise adjustment and a good chamois in the shorts, once you find that spot, it'll be the best saddle ever!

I didnt spend a cent.. just went looking important, and knew the CSC riders faces and names resulting in them coming up to me to chat..(the English ones that is). Stuart 'O Grady even called me into the bus while he was still getting ready..(now thats a rare occasion!)

I got a hint, then went to fetch what I wanted autographed, and then pitched at CycleLab.. along with all the other VIP's aka CycleLab Cervelo Purchasers. When Igot there, the Team was busy exiting there bus and getting ready for the ride..

Anyone out there using the Tacx Flow ? How do you find it, is it worth the $ , or what do you recommend ?

guys, you are forgetting why it needs to go to Polar , they replace the waterproof seal as well ! this gets damaged in most cases when the unit is opened..
