    I remember Forms on a Sunday afternoon. If I recall they had an awesome Pizza Oven. Also the good old Tapas bar on Thesen Island before all the new development. They used to sell 2l jugs of Bossuns and Foresters

    Quick way to view when refund will be paid is to pull a statement of account: Click on the SARS Correspondence TAB and then select Request Historic IT notices. The click on I want to request a statement of account.

    Also waiting for a small refund. Submitted return on Saturday and still no sign of payment. Last year, refund was done within 3 days of submission. Lets hope that Wannabe comment re the grapevine is just that..

    So having hardly run for best part of ten years (all of which was spent on the bike), this morning was my first 5km jog/walk. Felt good to be back and lets hope that it continues. Having run all during my school days and well into my mid 30's, the body needed a break. Back on the road now in build up to IM 2018. That said, the bike will always be the 1st choice...
