    Road or MTB? A few brands do normal and a wide shoe. Shimano Dynalast cater for a wider foot. Giro do the HV that is a wide version of the normal fit.

    Maybe between the remains of your axle and the parts Robert has you can make a complete axle.

    You press the axle before removing it this contracts the expanded jaws and axle will slide out. It shouldn't expand inside the hub but yea i get what you saying and it could happen.

    Not sure but i think you are missing the expader thing at the end. I have two laying around somewhere that are missing the end clip.

    Some of the silverback Sola's came with a Suntour Epicon fork with Q-lock so maybe try CycleLab they are now agent's for Silverback maybe they carry spairs.

    Not sure about the SPD side of thing's but they are rather cool and i think i would buy them to run around the garden etcšŸ˜‚šŸ¤£

    Maybe Bikehub can look at some sort of watermark or picture protection that does not let you download/copy image. yea they can screenshot and crop but take away the right click copy/download.

    It should fit fine. 622 is 700c and 23/30 is width range.

    I would probably go for a Shimano EH500 over the cheeper stuff way better quality and will last longer. For your application you would probably get away with a decent set of flats and comfortable shoes. I am not a fan of the 50/50 thing fiddling for 2min to find the correct side to clip before you move off.

    Sling bikes are local. Only available in titanium but they can custom make a frame and or build.

    The laser cut will work but you will need to melt a 1.5mm drill bit into the plastic for the locating pin cut the bit at correct lenth.

    Not sure if Rush are doing the Signal Spectra. I have yet to see this carbon bike in a retail environment.
