Doing my 1st one this year thinking about going to warmbaths in May for a seeding race (if I can get reasonably priced accomodation) for the Century 21 Bela Bela Challenge 95 km's anyone done it before ... how is it ?

Hi there , I know this is not cycling related but a big thumps up to all those who completed Om die Dam this weekend and managed to qualify for Comrades 2010. Luckily the weather played along on Saturday ... wasn't too hot.

I agree and there is a certain very popular cycling club whose riders seem to do this at every race (scream and shout abuse to make way for them) , especially the younger more arrogant ones.

I entered the raod race , picked up the goody bag on friday afternoon , and all that was in my goody bag was a newspaper and a pack of Glen Rooibos tee ...

Hi there , I had exactly the same problem what the lbs did to resolve this was they had to put in a wider handlebar as my shoulders a wider than the 38cm bar I had on and they put on a shorter stem 80 or 90 mm stem , and this resolved my issue , actually felt like a new bike and I had much more control over the bike especially the climbs.

Thanks so much will try that yes my speed sensor is actually on the front so will move it to the back when I get my bike back , could be that the magnet also moved cause I had to put the magnet skew on my spoke as the magnet is too wide to put it straight facing the speed sensor if it faces the speed sensor it hits my fork so had to install it with a bit of an angle on the spoke ... had an accident this weekend and it made me so cross cause it wasn't even my fault and I've been training so hard for the Emporers , and yeah sitting with a damaged rim and a cracked elbow so probably won't be riding this weekend

Hi , I have a question regarding the Delphi 5 , as soon as I go downhill and go over the speed of say 40 km/h , then it is as if the unit loses the signal and shows my current speed to be between 14 and 18 km/h , anyone else experience this , as soon as my speed drops to below 40 km/h again then it shows the correct speed , could it be that my magnet is maybe moving around/virbrating at high-speeds not sure what could cause this ? Any ideas ? Thanks.

Yes I have seen a guy at a club ride this weekend wearing them , but judging by the amount of muscle and veins on his legs I take it he takes his cycling serious.
