  1. Well i think we need some longer races, some circuit races (3 to 8km laps), and we need to race more often.

  20. well i did 226 km on 2 500ml bottel and a little bottle of coke and a banana and that was not fun

  23. My personal choice is rollers for a number of reasons. 1. Save your tires 2. When you ride them you ride as if you where racing you sit in the right way so you train the right mussels. If you use an indoor trainer you its very easy to just sit there and watch tv. 3. You can never damage your legs by ridding against too much resistance. They are very easy to balance on, took me a day or so and had the hang of it.
  24. Thyolo, some felmish and dutch speaking people you will find very hard to understand what they are sayng even if you can speak afrikaans.
  25. Campag you can shift gears while on the drop quite easly.
