I've only just started riding a mtb and my bike has a X9 X0 mix. Rode my mates XT bike and didn't like the shifting one bit. Now if the X9 X0 is so good XX1 must be heaven and shimano XTR the sweat from a baboons balls.

Yup I've learnt my lesson. I will give them to mate or something. I just thought a exchange or refund would be easy. The bibs made it to my calves and no further. I'm not going to slag them off at all.

Hi Just a small rant, more dissappointed than any then else. I bought a pair of decca bibs from buycycle on 19/10/2012. Intinial service was good. Sent the sizing chart etc to help with getting the correct size. I measured my current bibs and the Decca had the same measurements (XL) so I placed my order. Bibs arrived a couple of days later,happy so far. Try them on and absolute no go, the barely fit over my calves (45cm) so the have no chance of fitting over my thighs (65cm) they have zero stretch unlike my ZeroRH bibs. So I drop them a mail on the same day informing them that they do not fit, can i return them for a larger size? After numerous mails and phone calls to Hilgard and co still no joy. It's unfortunte that I will just not bother buying from them again. You'd think a exchange or refund would be easy.

Hi the gonubie route is out. Theyre rebuilding the N2 and there is massive traffic jam heading in and out of town, the back route through floradale is super dangerous as it's narrow and the traffic is crazy as all the gonubie people are trying to get out or in as quickly as possible. May favourite route is on the N6 towards Stutt. and back. if you go 25km out and back you'll climb about 500m more or less. There is a wide yellow lanes and is pretty safe, been riding it for 4years and no problems. I'd be more than happy to join you on thursday at 1630. imnot the fastest oke on the planet. But I can show you the way and you can take it from there. PM me if you want some more info
