Thanks Ian. My current fitness level is low and I run out breath quite easily, not to mention muscle power. From this low level can one expect a noticeable improvement from the use of one of these devices? (I'm a novice as well as a vet (53))
AT the 94.7 Expo I was given a pamphlet for a device called 'LUFT' which claims to increase lung capacity, which I certainly need to do! Does anyone have any experience with this, or similar devices?
