I go to church in Noordhoek, and when i came home via OuKaapseWeg at about 13:30 there were 2 guys with tempory numbers walking up OKW... I would have thought a sweep vehicle would do a loop to check that everyone got back to the start/finish area safely... Must suck getting back to the finish and everyone has left...

She's very beautiful, wow Cannondales have got to be the prettiest bikes around... and 400g lighter than my CAAD9.

I use normal road shoes - also see no point in having a tri pair and a normal pair... SO I run out of transition with them in my hand, and take 30 seconds to put them on when corssing the line where you can hop on your bike (I just make sure I'm out of everyones way who might be behind me)... I just can't get it over my heart to run on my Sidi's and mess up their pretty carbon soles... (or is that carbon souls... )

I cut my seatpost shorter to save weight - no problems. There is usually a minimum height mark on the seatpost, just add this t the piece that sticks out of your frame and cut of the excess...

All suspicious sellers to wear a clamping devise around their nuts... if the goods aren't delivered the device tightens and can only be removed by an "appi" welder... if the buyer is happy he sends the seller a code that releases the devise (and his nuts)

Rather buy a new CAAD10 alu frame with a lifetime warrantee...

If my memopry serves me correct - Peter Wheeler used to import Victoria ti bikes. The likes of James Perry, Jeremy Maartens, Daniel Spence used to ride for a team in Cpt in the late 90's (1998/99) - think it was called Ryder or something. James Perry seemed pretty happy with it when I spoke to him back them, but it's probably pretty outdated technology by now

I was looking at Manny Fumic's bike on Friday (he rides for the cannondale world factory team), and it's really nice. he says not as nippy and agile as the scapel, but still a nice bike! Get it
