I need a bit of sunshine now

Cycling...cold start but then one of those headwinds...trying to get fitter...slow process..2 hrs for is good.. lets keep rolling as I explore further on...road bikes and close passes..have to be alert

No sunshine...but winter riding is in a good place...as always nice to be out

odd isn't it with the pebbles isn't it ? we all want sand....they are also putting some better sea defences up....just moved to Worthing.....nice to able to ride a road bike...

Sunday spin..nice and gentle exploring local area...

This is very saddening...awful for his family..friends...used to see him plenty times on the road when I lived in the area...this is awful..

Bikes are so important...exercise...no sun sadly but great to be able to cycle in safety

24hrs later...bike...winter sunshine...mood and exercise...

Only really envious of warm weather...finally got a bike out..gentle restart on the road after busy move and work time...

Don't forget to exercise...

Annual leave Monday...its been a hectic last few months...now I breathe...more cycling..

may have found the Saggy Stone Brewery on the way...thats a decent bit of gravel surface

If any country can do " gravel " then its SA...will be interesting to see how it goes as an event...and the user experience will be interesting...the alternative epic I suppose...

Sunday am...when the week doesn't deliver in time...take the moments

Today was agony...no cycling legs...but better than sitting on my backside..

at the moment near Croydon...much criticised by plenty...good greens areas...but in the process of moving more south..

And repeat....before the rain showers...bike wash time again this evening

Trying to get a bit more consistent riding in around work and the crazy shift non pattern...a bike keeps you grounded...

Am...what are Saturdays for if you can ..
