  1. I was also in 2B and I can 100% agree with this. Some good communication, signaling and holding of lines but also a lot of nonsense. I nearly got taken out twice by people swerving across the road... Ended up going down most of Chappies by myself because the bunch I was with at the top was hazardous.
  2. Oh no, my comment wasn't about her age, it was about the fact that it's awkward for a 32 year old man to be acting like a teenage girl at a Justin Bieber concert
  3. I'm going to go full on fan-girl if I get to meet Kate (which would be slightly less awkward if I wasn't a 32 year old man)
  4. I can second this. I'm single and live by myself so the fact that they deliver all the ingredients you need for 3 delicious meals for one person is super handy. I've found the selection to be good and most of the meals have been delicious.
  5. Yeah, I had the same issue. Took a dirt nap in November and ended up claiming about R33k so no points to miles for me.
  6. I'm not in a rush. Got about 14k points so far (2.5k for online assessments, rest for fitness activities). Should hit the fitness limit in about June and I'll do the health assessment and HIV test when they come to our offices (around June/July) and that should get me to diamond.
  7. I just got the tray for my PCS-10 (like 2 weeks ago) and honestly I'm not 100% sure its worth it. Can get in the way of spinning the crank depending on how the bike is clamped and it's also on the wrong side of the bike so you constantly have to reach through or around the bike to get anything out of it.
  8. I'm in 2B at 6:56
  9. ^ Eina!
  10. +1 to this. I found the incident detection to be pretty good. I've only managed to trigger it twice, once with an OTB in a rock garden and the second time when I lost the front wheel landing a jump (both were pretty severe crashes, fallen off a many times without triggering it). Even when it gets triggered, you have 60 seconds to stop it before it actually alerts your emergency contacts.
  11. Counterstrike 1.6 is still the best CS game out there
  12. Lucky-ish. Gonna be eating soup for the rest of his life
  13. You were not kidding... Holy s**t
  14. Northern Farms is great, multiple routes for different skill and fitness levels (although there is nothing super technical there). Not too far from Midrand/Centurion
  15. Correct. PS vs PS, PC vs PC etc.
  16. You only get the points from the single activity that counts the most on any one day. You get 0 for the others on that day.
  17. Adjusted winners time because all of the pros did the 125km race. Where the field is stronger or weaker than the base race (usually 94.7 or CTCT) the winners time can be adjusted to take this into account. It's covered in the documentation of how they calculate the seedings.
  18. 1.28 beta for the MTB race on Saturday... Wind was PUMPING.
  19. On the topic of giving away games, I've got gift versions of the original Company of Heroes with all the expansions and XCOM: Enemy Unknown just sitting in my Steam account. Anybody want either or both of them?
  20. Was a tough day out. A month of holiday leading up to the race certainly did not help. Rode a 3:50 from BL, just couldn't stay with any of the groups on the hills. I'm actually embarrassed to see what my FTP might have come down to
  21. Properly tough. Was generally in the right area but not on the right country. 65%
  22. Portal and Portal 2
  23. FPS built for consoles make it easier by having a little aim assist that most mouse-and-keyboard games don't have. Also, the controller starts to feel better the more you play (still nowhere near a mouse and keyboard though)
  24. Yup, that was the plan. Only bought them for the likes
  25. New roadie (Silverback Space): And new trainer (with old trainer lurking in the backgroud):
