FBSP Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Did anyone else spot members of the 360 Life Team riding along the Atlantic Seaboard the day after the Tour Of South Africa not wearing helmets? Not cool or responsible. These are the guys that should be setting the example and promoting safe cycling within the law.

Perhaps donating your old cycling helmet and other gear could assist in alleviating this problem.

XPD8 Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Can't state the importance of helmets enough.Seen enough organ donors. I get P.O.'d when I see an ad in a bike mag featuring someone without a helmet. I've even phoned the editor/publishers before. Maybe if enough of us did this (or threatened to boycot the adsvertisers product) it would make a difference.Anyway, Cycle Safe

It amazes me that every time there is a discussion about helmets and the law, that there are still so many people that does not seem to know the law. Two wheels = helmet Not picking on you buddy but "I did not know" does not cut it in court.
