dirtrider Posted March 17, 2011 Share This morning I was first rider to hit the trails . At the top of single track just before you get to the highway I saw a key lying on the track . Having seen all the Pink Panther movies I knew what a crime scene looks like . Although it rained the previous night the key was clean and since nobody else passed that way before me I decided to investigate . 5 meters from the trail under a tree I saw something . Here I find credit/debit cards , ID book , Drivers License , two dairies a bible and a few other keys . I went through the stuff to find some sort of phone number but only found one business card . I phoned and it turned out I was talking to the mother of the owner . She has been missing since yesterday afternoon BUT the police CAN'T do anything until 24 or 48 hours later . Anyway I rushed the stuff to the station with the story and they said they will begin the search immediately . I really hope for the best for this poor woman . dirtrider Posted March 17, 2011 Share Take 2 : David not available but a very friendly lady explained to me that the rangers do pick up a lot of personal stuff in that area of the reserve some mornings . This is apparently from those lazy , no good , animals that smash and grab at the fountains circle . After the deed they jump the fence , sort the loot and jump back over . You are being to kind to them referring to them as animals - animals are what I like to see when I am cycling at Groenies.
