I had a look at the SID, the bottom 10cm is just a hallow pipe?

So, what is the decision here?

and why is this one cheaper than the other RLT Dual Air?

No the Sid will not be a major difference "in my humble opinion" the Reba gives you that plush trail feel, where the SID is a pure bred racing fork. But its a minimalistic difference really. I had a choice between upgrading to the new sid or Reba, and i still went for the Reba, since i love technical singletrack and it just gives me that feeling of a bit more confidence. but on the flip side the Sid does well on singltrack too, and 98% of most races are on jeeptrack. You have a Reba, so i would say go get the SID. If push comes to shove either you take a small financial knock if you dont like the SID and have to resell it in which case you still have enough to get a new REBA. But my money is on the fact that you will enjoy both.

Covie, with all honesty it sound like you are echoing magazine reviews.

The one is simply lighter than the other, both feel the same, both have 32 mm stanchions.

It was a little different back in the day when SID was 28 mm , Duke 30 mm and Reba 32 mm.

Bel en hoor by Klein Chris.
