Is it true that there are runners in every group with boards that show 2h and then you just stick with them to make 2h? What seading?? Ive never done a marathon before ever I'll see

Means u will have to be running 1km in 5min17secs. I do 3 runsd a week of between 10 and 16kms up suikerbossie and surrounding hills inbetween the cycling and i'm going to struggle to do 2 hours. but then again Bos is superfit.
