Better than me! What group do you start? I'm in E. I'm not really a runner, but just maybe I can try for 2 hours. Is it true that there are runners in every group with boards that show 2h and then you just stick with them to make 2h?

 

What seading?? Ive never done a marathon before ever :blush:

Also doing half.U guys must be super fit. 2 hours is fast. Means u will have to be running 1km in 5min17secs. I do 3 runsd a week of between 10 and 16kms up suikerbossie and surrounding hills inbetween the cycling and i'm going to struggle to do 2 hours. but then again Bos is superfit.

Going for sub 2hrs. Last yeat 2.06 from E. Seeded in C this year but I haven't done any fitness since the argus :o

how does this 56km friday run work? Can't find anything on the site about proceudres for it.

THATS got to be done via contacting the ORGANISERS directly. It may be to late.

but since they don't own the road its not like they can stop me from joining.

 

i'll just find out when and where they start

I'm doing the half! Training so far includes 3 x 5km runs in the last four weeks :unsure:

Take the WEEK EASY. DO NOT START TO FAST AND GET CARRIED AWAY AS YOU CAN NOT FINISH.
