Thank you for the technical information Jennifer. Now that I have a better understanding for how your product works, I am even further convinced that it will not work in road tubbies, mtb tubeless and raod tubed or tubeless perhaps, but not tubbies.

This will remain my own personal belief, just like you believe some things to be true...

WHAT IS NO FLATS TYRE SEALANT AND HOW DOES IT WORK.

...we believe the only product on the market today that is guaranteed to last the legal life of the bicycle tyre.

You have extensively tested and documented this? Which tires have you used during these tests?

but only a hole that is in the tread area of the tyre, and that it is shrinking in size because there is no cord damage (rubber recovery), which is 95% of today’s punctures.

Anything bigger, or in sidewall, with or without cord damage, and the NO FLATS fibres just slowly bleed through the hole, giving a controlled deflation which prevents damaged rims, and helps the rider maintain control and possibly enabling continuation of the journey to remove the bicycle from a possibly dangerous location situation.

Anything bigger than what?

Tyres treated with NO FLATS TYRE SEALANT last up to 30% longer.

Which tires have you tested? Very keen to hear about this since I document my tire millage and it would be easy to compare.

Once installed NO FLATS TYRE SEALANT has been installed, it will lay dormant at the bottom of a tyre until the bicycle is ridden. Once ridden over a distance of at least 8km, NO FLATS TYRE SEALANT disperses throughout the inner air cavity and forms a coating on the entire inner surface of the tyre.

?? Not very clear on this, do you have to ride 8km each time after you bike has not been used for a while before your product will be effective?

Over the past couple of years we have supplied riders of tubular tyres with sealant and have not had a single complaint that our product does not work in their tyres.

I sometimes ride 3000km without a puncture without any sealant in any of my tires, who's product is working and who do I need to thank, the tire, tube, rim tape or wheel manufacture?

I don’t want to pretend to be a cycling expert as this is not the case.

Fair enough but you should be a expert of your product and know the limits of your product

Please note testing will be carried out by individuals whose technical background cannot be disputed.

  Then you posted in the wrong forum! Everything on the hub gets disputed ... welcome to the Hub!

Somethings are not worth disputing.

Lets take the testimonial you have from Cycle Lab as an example. It does not say which tires were used during the test, not even road or mtb! It does not say for how long or in what conditions it was tested. They also say "Keeps liquid form longer than most sealants on the market" but I thought you said you believe it will last the lifetime of the tire? Compared to what other sealants on the market?

Just because it came from Cycle Lab, we should not dispute it ... ok I wont, I will just disregard it.

Henk, let me just say this. Your opinion has been taken about NO FLATS into consideration. I am not trying convince you to buy my product. You have said on numerous occasions you believe in won’t work. Fair enough this is your opinion and you are entitled to it.

I am no longer going to dragged into a war of words with you. You are clearly not interested in anyone else’s opinion.

In my final statement in the last post, I asked for time, which you have chosen to ignore. So am going to chose to ignore your posts about my product because you know less about it and what it is capable of than I do.

And until you have tried my product (which you have stated more than once that you will never do) your opinion about NO FLATS means Jack All to use your expression.

I have been following the "debate" between yourself and Jennifer for a while now and after seeing the above response, I decided that I had to have my say.

What exactly is it that you are trying to prove. That you are a Jerk? mission accomplished. You are not interested in any of her answers only in how to rip her apart. Have you honestly got nothing better to do.

Leave the woman the hell alone.

Who are you to question her statements, have you tried her product? are you some kind of sealant expert?

and you say that everything that is posted on this forum is up for debate yes but not for a public lynching as you seem to be trying to do.

I personally will never visit this forum again as I feel the moderators should have put a stop to your abusive behaviour a while ago. while your questions may be valid the way in which you ask them is totally out of line.

I applaud Jennifer for keeping her cool this long, and for not stooping to your level of malice.

Ill be a tester for any product.

I have tried lots to try stop getting punctures from devil thorns but no avail. I even had a old tire inside my other tire and still got a devil thorn in.

I get a puncture at least once a week some times one the way to and from work:(

I was the one pushing my Reign home last week after going through 3 tubes. in the end I deceide it was esier to walk 10 ks.

Going to change my name to puncture boy :P

You provided so much information in your previous post I could not help but see more questions. Take all the time you want but if you guys tested things like increasing tire lifespan with 30% surely you must have that data available?

Yes I know less about your product and that is why I am asking questions, I wish to learn more.

You have to read this thread agian if you still dont know what my point is ... oh wait you wont be back here again :(

 where have I been abusive?

She made bold statements, I question it ... and you perceive that to be abusive ... shame

AND WHO ARE YOU ?

WAIT!

Why did you WAIT to Respond?

Fine SHE WANTS to PROMOTE HER PRODUCT WITH STATEMENTS. ( I went cycling yesterday 110KM and today 110KM. On grass, gravel and bad roads. Guess what, i got NO PUNCTURES. OR LOSS OF PRESSURE. Is that because i was using a GOOD sealant?)

My TYRES cost R500 EACH, DON'T YOU THINK I WILL GLADLY USE A PRODUCT, (IF IT WORKS)?

I have used NO FLATS to NO SUCCESS, I DID NOT COMPLAIN OR MAKE A FUSS!

BUT DO NOT EXPECT ME TO KEEP QUIET WHEN A PERSON SAYS SOMETHING IS THE BEST, WHEN MY NORMAL EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN ME OTHERWISE.

CASE CLOSED.

C'mon okes. I'm away from my PC for just a day and you go and start a fight without me.

That's not nice.

However, Im amazed that none of you picked up on the "killer heat buildup" issue.

I'm also struggling to get my head around the thixotopic properties of this sealant. I'm not sure about this and want to think about it first, but my first reaction is to design my sealant the opposite way - as a shear-thinning substance.

I have two bottles of No Flats here, compliments of Jennifer. I'm contemplating a controlled test of sorts. Perhaps you have some ideas? It won't be worth just filling with it and riding - that's just too anecdotal for me.

Well "Gentlemen", and the Tank like Object...

Based on the fact that Jeniffer does not have to answer to you alone (if at all, if you refuse to use her product), but rather more seriously to the CPA if she can not successfully back up her product; which it appears she is trying to do; might I suggest that those of you who are Doubters swallow a bottle before you go nighty-night tonight, and let's see how many holes it has sealed in the morning! I do believe it only seals those through which air passes, but let's see if it can seal Big Ones!

It would sure help many others here!

Oh, and BTW By The Way, Finish Line Dry Lube is by far and away THE BEST MTB chain lube on the market. Finis'anklaar!

I so agree with your post. But would just like to add. I have been using No Flats for two years and I know it to seal a lot of holes. But I doubt it can seal an arsehole. So boys don't drink it it would just be a waste of a good product.

Wish I had joined sooner!

Looks like I missed out on a good fight.

I am dying to know whether Kobus was proven wrong. It looks like No flats does seal a-holes as tank thing and the other "men" are now very quite.

Would those chauvinists have attacked a man the way they did Jennifer. Shame poor girl

Lets hear some more details.

Road or Mtb,(if mtb tube or tubless) and at what pressure do you run them?

Who are you calling a arsehole anyways?

Jennifer has sent me some of the sealant and i am going to be using it for a while and will give some feed back to her and here.
