Made in SA by Vector?

Nope that is the Barret 50 Cal, the South African one has a 20 mm and a .50 cal barrel. These barrels can be interchanged, depending on the weapon needed. Shoots like a shotgun, kills with 20 mm HE rounds. A truly outstanding weapon.

With the Barret i will play fair and let a poacher run 10 minutes before i shoot.

I wish i could use this on the Rhino poachers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the sale made when the UN still recognised the libyan government as legal and legitimate. According to arms trade laws they can't sell weapons to states engaged in repression, aggression or terrorism. At the time of the sale I don't think Libya was seen as such. If a legal government decides to use it in the way that they did, surely the supplier can't be blamed?

I'm not saying you are wrong, just like I'm not saying I'm right because I'm not at all sure about the facts. :)

Yes you are right but when the weapons were sold to Libya he was one of the worst human rights offenders. What did they think he was going to do with them.Just like the weapons they sell to Zimbabwe and Equatorial Guinea.

I totally agree but unfortunately "you should have known" probably won't hold up in court. Technically they didn't do anything wrong. Morally, well that's a different story.
