Sitting inbetween the vineyards at today's Polkadraai Crit, Winter League 2013. Had a few down pours and a drizzle in our CAT 3 race but stayed clear most of the time for the CAT1/2 race except towards the end. Nice pics of Theuns van der Bank and Stefan Ihlenfeldt in a break, T. vd Bank broke from the gun and held it until the last lap.

Dangle, what software do you use for the HDR? Seriously nice shots!

Thanks SeaBee, much appreciated.

I just use a simple plug-in that installs in Lightroom.

It's called realistic HDR.

I still need to get a real HDR program, I believe Photomatix is good.

Thanks, will check it out...

Been starting to play with the idea of HDR, but never got around to actually taking the shots!

Got to compliment Dangle and Karooryder.

Wow guys, you taking pics I haven't even considered.

makes me ashamed how little I do with my setup (although I'm more into action).

Seriously need to get to do some training to take better advantage of what I have.

My weekend was much more of a red wine in front of the fireplace kind......and suffering defeat in chess against my children, hopefully only because of the red wine.

@ Beattbox

Super smooth - why no wakeboarding pics?

Although that water was super smooth and glassy, it was also damn cold! Only the kids were brave enough to venture in.
